In this Privacy Policy, ‘us’ ‘we’ or ‘our’ means AFIKIM ELECTRIC VEHICLES LTD, registered in Israel. We are committed to respecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use, store and disclose your Personal Information.

1 Definitions
- In this Privacy Policy, the following capitalised terms have the following meanings:

Products mean any mobility scooters and any other goods or services offered on this website.

Privacy Act means the Privacy Act 1998 (Cth).
Spam Act means the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing (CAN-SPAM) Act 2003.

8 Retention
- We may retain your Personal Information after you have contacted us in connection with a purchase of our products. You may have us delete your Personal Information by contacting us.
