Ophir Sella, a product engineer at Afikim Electric Vehicles, has joined our engineering team, exhibiting a young, dynamic and vigorous spirit. With his Engineering degree from the Technion Institution and a 5 years industry experience in establishing optimized processes, materials developing and maintaining engines, pumps, chassis and electronics, he demonstrates an extraordinary ability to understand scooters' system procedures.
Sella believes Afikim has all prospects to a successful progression: "I have entered a fascinating and innovative world. The quality staff is earnest and it's inspiring to work with such people. "I provide continuous professional support at the time of constituting the vehicles, thus assuring that outgoing quality meets export specifications. I supervise the constitution, maintain appropriate production records and execute engineering modifications in existing vehicles, in case of need. In a larger aspect of things, you might say that I use good problem solving and project management skills to work with engineering staffs, in order to solve a wide array of technical scooters problems. I act as the primary technical interface with internal and external product customers.
Ophir conceives his position as a major influence on scooters' quality for the long run, in the strategic degree: "if we succeed in improving manufactured vehicles' quality, according to every parameter available, raw materials and suppliers, the company's reputation and credibility will increase and the marketing department will be able to increase the market share.
